I'm an age-group triathlete and swim coach based in Redcliffe. I know what it's like to juggle training with real life — and I'd love to help you feel stronger and more confident in the water.

Athlete first. Coach because I love it.
I'm Chelsea — an age-group triathlete, swim coach, and someone who genuinely believes that big goals are possible even when life is busy. I work full time, I train around shift work, and I know firsthand what it takes to balance it all.
I've been lucky enough to race on the world stage — including a podium finish at the Ironman World Championships in Kona and an overall age-group win in Malaysia. Those experiences taught me so much about what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to swim technique and race preparation.
Now I get to share what I've learned. I specialise in video-based swim analysis and helping athletes build confidence in the water — whether that's your first pool session or your hundredth open water race. I'll always meet you where you are, and I promise to keep it real.
